Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

1. Our commitment

EyeNSpect is committed to ensuring this website is accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, or keyboard-only navigation. We regularly review and improve the site with that goal in mind.

2. Standard we follow

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our target standard. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities and are the standard most commonly referenced for ADA compliance online.

3. What we've done

This site is built with semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable menus and forms, visible focus states, descriptive alt text on images, and color contrast chosen to meet WCAG AA minimums. We test the site with keyboard-only navigation and periodically with screen readers as part of our ongoing review.

4. Known limitations

Some content isn't fully within our control — for example, the linked TREC Consumer Protection Notice is a scanned PDF provided by the state agency, and the customer portal is a separate, actively evolving application. We're working to improve accessibility across both and welcome reports of specific problems you encounter.

5. Reporting an issue

If you have trouble accessing any part of this website, or need information from this site in an alternative format, please let us know and we will work with you to provide the content you need. Email hello@eyenspect.com or call 817-893-6861 and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Changes to this statement

We may update this statement as our site or our accessibility efforts change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
