SMS Terms & Conditions
Terms for text message communications from EyeNSpect, including appointment reminders and service updates.
1. The messaging program
If you provide a mobile phone number and choose text message as your preferred contact method, you may receive SMS messages related to your inspection — appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, and notice that your report is ready. This program does not include marketing messages.
2. Consent
You opt in by selecting text message as your contact preference and providing your mobile number in our customer portal, or by providing your number to our staff and asking to be contacted by text. Consenting to receive text messages is not required to purchase inspection services — you can choose email instead at any time.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inspection activity. A typical inspection generates a handful of messages — for example, a confirmation, a reminder, and a report-ready notice — not a recurring subscription.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages from us; you'll get one final message confirming the opt-out. You can also switch back to email at any time through the customer portal or by contacting us. Opting out of text messages does not cancel a scheduled inspection — we may still need to reach you by phone or email about an inspection already in progress.

7. Supported carriers
This program is available on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carrier availability is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for messages delayed or blocked by your carrier.
8. Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to send the messages described above and is handled according to our Privacy Policy. JWS Capital, LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version that applies to text messages sent after the "last updated" date below.
